Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit a skill through the Site.

The Skills

Skills on GTMSkills.sh are markdown instruction files for use with Claude and similar AI coding agents. They are provided under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute them, including for commercial purposes, subject to the license terms included in the GitHub repository.

Using the Site

You can browse, preview, and install skills without an account. Skills are installed via npx skills add smarte-skills/gtm-skills or by downloading the file directly and uploading it to Claude. Installation through npm or GitHub is subject to their respective terms.

Submitting a Skill

If you submit a skill through the Submit a Skill form:

• Every submission is reviewed before it goes live. We may accept, reject, or request changes at our discretion.
• You confirm you have the right to share the content you submit.
• You agree to license the skill under the MIT License, as stated on the submission form.
• We may edit submitted content for clarity, formatting, or consistency with the rest of the library before publishing.
• If approved, your submission is credited publicly using the name you provide in the "Credited As" field.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SMARTe harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms. This includes reasonable legal fees.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe a skill on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email privacy@smarteprivacy.com. Include the skill's URL, a description of the infringing content, and your contact information. We will review the report and remove or disable access to the content if warranted.

No Warranty

Skills are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. SMARTe does not guarantee that any skill will produce accurate, complete, or suitable results for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any skill before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit or use the Site to distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious. This includes content that violates the terms of any third-party platform referenced by a skill, such as Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Slack.

Third-Party Trademarks

Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and other product names referenced in skill metadata are trademarks of their respective owners. GTMSkills.sh is built by SMARTe and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SMARTe is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site or any skill. This includes indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or remove your access to submit skills, or remove any published submission, at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at privacy@smarteprivacy.com to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may update the Site, the skill library, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the date above.
