Why we built this.

Every revenue team ends up rebuilding the same AI workflows from scratch. A RevOps person writes a lead-scoring prompt. A seller figures out pre-call research through trial and error. A marketer drafts a campaign brief format that works, then never writes it down anywhere. The knowledge exists, but it's scattered across individual chat histories and never shared.

GTM teams are some of the fastest adopters of AI tools, but most of that adoption is still ad hoc. People are experimenting one prompt at a time instead of working from something proven. That slows everyone down. The same problems get solved over and over, by different people, at different companies, with wildly different quality.

GTMSkills.sh exists to fix that. It's a free, open directory of Claude skills built specifically for GTM roles: sellers, RevOps, marketing, and GTM engineers. Every skill here is structured, tested, and ready to use, not a raw prompt you have to fix yourself. Install one with npx gtmskills install sellers/cold-email-writer, or grab the file straight from GitHub. No account needed to use and no paywall stopping your productivity.

Built in the open

The whole library lives on GitHub. Anyone can read the skill files, suggest changes, or build on top of them. We'd rather have ten people improve a skill than have ten people quietly rebuild the same thing behind closed doors.

Who's behind it

GTMSkills.sh is built and maintained by the Growth Team at SMARTe. SMARTe isn't the point of this project. Helping GTM teams actually use AI well is.

About SMARTe

SMARTe is a B2B GTM data intelligence platform, founded in 2005. It gives sales, marketing, and RevOps teams verified contact data, firmographics, technographics, and buying signals to run GTM at scale.

GTMSkills.sh grew out of skills the team built internally to work faster with that data, then opened up for any GTM team to use.
